The organizational diagnostic allows companies to identify sources of personal and organizational stress that affect the work environment and targets the origins of such sources. This intervention leads to recommendations that target the sources of stress in order to minimize their impact. It also aims to maintain cohesion among members of the organization and develop a healthy and productive work environment.
